Description
We are seeking a driven individual to support the Stars program to positively impact HEDIS performance through delivery of strategic initiatives and operational excellence. The role will support the preventive health program delivery lead in implementation, performance oversight, and program strategy to continue advancement of the established learning agendas and strategic roadmap. In addition to these core responsibilities, the role will assist with implementation and ongoing integration of partnerships across the organization. A broad range of skills including strategic thinking, data interpretation, and program management will be required
Responsibilities
Role responsibilities will include:
Support as a measure SME.
Assist with reporting and monitoring by contract and aggregate performance to help identify where things are going well and why, as well as where things need to improve and how.
Knowledge of the technical specifications and codes within attributed value sets, as well as updates for annual reviews of standard materials and new initiatives.
Detail oriented and willing to learn the more minute parts of HEDIS measures and gap closure processes.
Drive and support a comprehensive strategy to advance the Stars preventive health program.
Guide development, execution, and performance oversight of new Stars initiatives.
Support strategy development and execution for the Stars Test Kit Program.
Requires a general understanding of Stars operations and ability to effectively communicate the Stars story.
Ability to identify opportunities and engage the right stakeholders to influence strategy and results.
Work closely with multiple analytics and IT partners within Stars to ensure oversight of data processes and to derive actionable insights.
Engage key partners to influence priorities across the enterprise to improve Stars performance.
Identify opportunities to influence and coordinate engagement strategies across the enterprise.
Partner with marketing teams to deliver initiatives and programs, providing education and ensuring performance oversight to positively impact Stars HEDIS performance.
Use problem solving skills to resolve issues and make decisions in a fast pace, ever-changing environmen.t
Understanding of campaign development and processes.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
Medicare Stars knowledge or experience; HEDIS experience.
Campaign strategy and implementation experience.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products Specifically, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Program management experience.
Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
Ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
Experience leading special projects and producing metrics, measurements and reports.
Proficiency in interpreting data trends and applying to engagement strategy.
Comfortable working independently to accomplish components of a larger program.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Must be comfortable communicating results to senior leadership.
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
PMP certification.
Knowledge and experience in health care environment/managed care.
Strong analytical skills.
Additional Information
Travel: Occasional travel to Louisville, KY and/or vendors in various states. Note: Travel is suspended at this time due to business travel restrictions.
Work Day/Hours: Mon - Friday; Eastern Time Zone.
Interview Format

If you are selected to move forward from your application prescreen, you will receive correspondence inviting you to participate in a pre-recorded Voice Interview and/or an SMS Text Messaging interview. If participating in a pre-recorded interview, you will respond to a set of interview questions via your phone. You should anticipate this interview to take approximately 10-15 minutes.
If participating in a SMS Text interview, you will be asked a series of questions to which you will be using your cell phone to answer the questions provided. Expect this type of interview to last anywhere from 5-10 minutes. Your recorded interview(s) via text and/or pre-recorded voice will be reviewed and you will subsequently be informed if you will be moving forward to next round of interviews.
