• Coordinate with colleagues, clients, and opposing counsel to ensure transaction deadlines are met.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions transactions.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the state of California.
