Associate Attorney
The candidate' must be licensed in California to handle insurance defense matters throughout the state, including defense of bodily injury, premises liability, construction defect, auto/trucking collisions, wrongful death, and/or catastrophic injury. Bar licenses in additional jurisdictions are a plus and the ideal candidate will have jury trial experience (first or second chair). Job duties include: Handling litigation matters from inception through trial with minimal supervision, including discovery, issueanalysis, depositions, expert retention, expert discovery and settlement. Independent handling of court appearances, depositions and hearings. Periodic reporting to insurance carriers.
