The candidate tasks include: Preparing Condo documents, Real Estate closings, and any legal documents related to real estate transactions (including occasional collections). All facets of construction oversight in Chicago and Florida. Marketing high-end residential units. Property management. Leasing. Sales. Accounting. Any additional tasks as needed. Should have passed the BAR Exam and is willing to take (or preferably already has) the IL Real Estate Broker's License exam within 60 days after being hired. Preferred undergraduate degree in Business, Accounting, Marketing, or in a Construction-related field.
