Job Overview: A law firm in Los Angeles, CA, is seeking a skilled Litigation Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate should possess significant experience in personal injury civil litigation, demonstrate strong legal research and analysis skills, and be capable of managing their own cases from inception to resolution.

Duties:

Full caseload management.  This firm wants to give all the associates a chance to manage their own cases, go to trial, and take and defense depositions.  They have a dynamic media presence and are growing across CA state and beyond. 

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience litigating personal injury cases
• Experience working as an attorney in a personal injury civil litigation department
• General knowledge of California Civil Procedure

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree

Certifications:

• Admission to the California State Bar

Skills:

• Strong legal research and analysis abilities
• Proficient in drafting legal documents
• Effective communication with clients and colleagues
• Knowledgeable in California Civil Procedure
• Competent in defending and taking expert depositions
