Duties

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of experience in patent prosecution.

• Registration with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
• State Bar membership (required for attorneys).
• Prior work experience in engineering (preferred).

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or a related field.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school (required for attorneys).

Certifications

• USPTO registration (required).
• Active State Bar license.
