Duties

• Draft revocable and irrevocable trusts and other estate planning documents.
• Develop and implement tax mitigation strategies.
• Engage with clients to understand and address their estate planning goals.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure comprehensive client service.

Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of experience in estate planning.
• Strong background in high net worth planning.
• Excellent communication skills and client engagement abilities.

Education

• LL.M. in Tax required.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the state of Florida.

Skills

• Proficiency in drafting complex estate planning documents.
