Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience as an attorney, preferably in family law.
• Ability to take ownership of cases from start to finish with minimal supervision.
• Strong research, writing, and courtroom presentation skills.
• Proficiency in legal technology and case management software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple cases and deadlines.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Bar License to practice law in the state where the position is located.
