A law firm seeks an Associate Attorney in Los Angeles, CA to manage litigation matters. Duties

• Draft pleadings, including complaints, motions, and oppositions.
• Prepare discovery documents and engage in meet and confer processes.
• Argue motions and oppositions in court and remotely.
• Conduct and defend depositions.
• Participate actively in trials at both State and Federal levels.
• Draft mediation briefs and attend mediation sessions.
• Maintain regular and consistent communication with clients.

Requirements

• Experience in Personal Injury, Mass Torts, or Employment Law preferred.
• Must be currently licensed to practice law in California.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• California State Bar license.

Skills

• Strong litigation and trial skills.
