Duties

• Engage with conventional energy producers transitioning to clean energy.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of law firm experience in relevant fields.
• Preferred experience in the renewable energy industry.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Team-oriented and collaborative approach.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
