The candidate Should preferably have a Bachelor’s Degree plus; 5 years of Litigation experience. Should have experience in all phases of litigation, including cite-checking and blue-booking, electronically filing briefs, trial, performing research using Westlaw and internet resources, managing document productions, managing the firm’s internal pleadings and correspondence files, deposition preparation, and strong writing skills.

Must be a team player, highly organized, a self-starter, and able to multi-task while working under strict deadlines. Must be flexible to handle changing priorities, proactive, resourceful, and efficient, demonstrating a high level of professionalism. The ability to maintain and understand the confidentiality of the attorney-client relationship is crucial in this role.
