Admission to practice in the jurisdiction is required.

Duties

• Represent lenders in commercial finance transactions.
• Collaborate with clients and colleagues to deliver high-quality legal services.
• Draft and review loan documentation and related agreements.
• Conduct legal research and provide strategic advice.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Experience with AmLaw 100 firm preferred.
• Admitted to practice in the jurisdiction of application.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
