Duties

• Provide expert legal counsel on a wide range of commercial law issues.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of legal experience in corporate law.

• Demonstrated experience in mergers & acquisitions and corporate restructurings.
• Strong analytical skills coupled with excellent negotiation abilities.
• Licensed to practice law in the State of Texas.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

• Active membership in the State Bar of Texas.
