Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis to support ongoing cases within the Business Restructuring and Reorganization practice.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Bar in the District of Columbia.
• 3-7 years of relevant experience in Business Restructuring and Reorganization law.
• Proven track record of handling complex legal matters.

Education:

• Admission to the Bar in the District of Columbia.
