Job Duties:

• Offer contract compliance counseling, bid protest support, and claims litigation services.
• Handle investigations related to the False Claims Act.
• Conduct legal research, prepare legal documents, and develop case strategies.
• Collaborate with a legal team to achieve client objectives.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in federal government contract matters, including compliance counseling, bid protests, claims litigation, and False Claims Act investigations.
• Knowledge of federal government contract regulations and compliance.

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

Active Bar license in the state.
