Duties

• Take cases from initial filing to trial.
• Engage in substantial travel, often on a weekly basis.
• Conduct depositions and draft legal documents.
• Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys.

Requirements

• Minimum of four years of relevant experience.
• Second-chair trial experience preferred.
• Strong deposition, writing, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to think tactically and strategically.
• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly to asbestos litigation.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas.
