Duties: Provide the President and Senior Leadership with information and recommendations regarding compliance matters. Oversee the University’s Compliance Plan. Lead the University’s efforts to foster a culture of compliance, ethics, and integrity. Identify campus-wide barriers or challenges to achieving compliance and partner with University stakeholders to resolve them. Partner with compliance personnel to identify and resolve any non-compliance that may arise in their areas. Conduct internal assessments of and track metrics for compliance areas. Manage the University’s process for creating and revising University policies. Chair the University’s Compliance Advisory Committee. Offer professional development opportunities for compliance professionals to enhance their skills. Manage the University’s anonymous Ethics & Compliance Hotline. Supervise Compliance Office staff and manage the Compliance Office budget.
