A law firm in San Francisco, CA, is seeking a Lateral Partner with a significant transferrable book of originations to join their team. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience and a strong reputation in the legal industry.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Bring a substantial and transferrable book of originations to the firm.
• Lead client engagements and manage client relationships effectively.
• Provide strategic leadership and guidance on legal matters.
• Mentor and supervise junior attorneys and support staff.
• Collaborate with other partners and attorneys to enhance client service and firm profitability.
• Participate actively in firm management and strategic planning.
• Uphold high standards of professional conduct and ethics.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from a top-tier law school.
• Admission to the California State Bar or eligibility for admission by waiver.
• 7+ years of experience at an AmLaw 100 law firm or equivalent in-house experience with a reputable company.
• Demonstrated ability to bring and sustain a significant book of business.
• Excellent and sustained reputation in the legal industry.
• Proven track record of client development and retention.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
