Duties:

• Represent clients in a broad spectrum of commercial matters, including case management, legal research, and document drafting
• Attend court appearances and depositions, while managing client communications and relationships
• Oversee all aspects of discovery, ensuring the timely and effective gathering of necessary materials
• Perform legal research and draft clear, concise legal memoranda and other documents
• Provide counsel to clients on high-stakes business and corporate matters
• Collaborate with a team of experienced litigators to prepare for trial, arbitration, or settlement

Requirements:

• JD from an accredited law school
• Admission to practice law in New York
• Several years of litigation experience, with a focus on both courtroom and pre-trial activities
• Experience in taking and defending depositions, legal research, and writing
• Proven ability to handle oral arguments in court
• High level of attention to detail, professional judgment, and excellent communication skills

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice in New York (required)
