A law firm in Chicago is seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Private Client Associate Attorney to join their team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in subchapter K (tax) and partnership agreements, and will demonstrate exceptional skills in managing client relationships and collaborating within a team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Draft and review partnership agreements and other related documents.
• Provide expert legal advice on subchapter K (tax) matters.
• Manage and maintain productive relationships with clients and co-advisors.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis.
• Draft, review, and revise legal documents with precision and attention to detail.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and contribute to a collegial work environment.
• Communicate complex legal concepts clearly and effectively to clients and colleagues.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Illinois Bar.
• 4-6 years of current experience in subchapter K (tax) and partnership agreements.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple client relationships.
• Strong writing, speaking, research, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.
• Admission to the Illinois Bar.
