A law firm seeks an IP Litigation Resource Attorney in Boston. This role focuses on supporting practicing attorneys by enhancing their efficiency and success without direct client billing.

Duties

• Stay updated on legal and regulatory developments relevant to IP litigation.
• Develop topics and assist in preparing client alerts, white papers, and blog posts.
• Create and maintain practice resources to enhance knowledge exchange.
• Coordinate speaking arrangements, webinars, and related materials.
• Collaborate with Marketing to evaluate market trends and business opportunities.
• Foster consistency and know-how within the group and with clients.
• Coordinate with Professional Development for skills enhancement and training.
• Work with Information Services to develop technology solutions for efficiency.

Requirements

• Licensed attorney with a minimum of 5 years of experience in patent litigation.
• Experience in trade secret litigation is preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
