Duties:

• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate closings

• Assist with due diligence and compliance checks on real estate transactions

• Manage timelines and deliverables for multiple ongoing matters

• Contribute to knowledge-sharing within the practice group through research and drafting

• Maintain strong professional relationships with clients and partners

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in real estate, finance, or transactional law

• Licensed to practice law in the State of Minnesota

• Demonstrated interest in affordable housing finance

• Ability to handle multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to the Minnesota State Bar (required)
