Real Estate Associate Attorney

Profile

A law firm is seeking a Real Estate Associate Attorney for its Miami, FL office. The Real Estate Associate Attorney will be responsible for drafting and negotiating transaction documents, including mortgage loan agreements, intercreditor agreements, joint venture agreements, purchase and sale agreements, and leases. The candidate must possess exceptional academic credentials and be admitted to practice law (or eligible to obtain admission promptly) in Florida. Experience with lending, real estate joint ventures, development, and/or leasing is required.

Duties:

• Drafting and negotiating transaction documents.
• Providing legal counsel on real estate matters.
• Conducting legal research.
• Assisting with due diligence processes.
• Collaborating with partners and clients.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to practice law in Florida or eligibility for prompt admission.
• 3+ years of experience in real estate law.
• Strong understanding of real estate transactions and related legal principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
