Duties

• Collaborate with partners, senior counsels, and clients.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in fund formation and investment management.
• Knowledge of the Investment Advisers Act and Securities Act.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive and positive attitude with a strong work ethic.

Education

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active member in good standing of the Bar in the jurisdiction(s) where admitted.
