The candidate should have experience in employment and labor law. Initiate, evaluate and strategize new cases. Assist in ongoing cases – prelitigation and litigation. Perform all phases of discovery, motion practice, ADR and other pretrial and trial preparation. Engage in extensive client communications and counseling. Assist in or conduct mediations, arbitrations and trial. Research and write with accuracy and advocacy. Help train and mentor our team members.
