Duties

• Represent clients in small and large claims, collections, evictions, and restraining orders.
• Handle real estate matters such as offers to purchase, land contracts, mortgages, easements, and leases.

• Present oral arguments and counsel clients on litigation matters.
• Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
• Proactively manage client matters with a focus on service and relationship building.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the Wisconsin State Bar.
• In-person work is required; this is not a remote position.
• Prior experience is a plus, but not required; training will be provided.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree

Certifications

• Admission to the Wisconsin State Bar
