Beveridge & Diamond, P.C. seeks a candidate with five to ten years of experience who is interested in a litigation contract position at one of our seven offices.

The ideal candidate should have tort litigation experience, preferably with personal injury matters, as well as significant experience handling written discovery and depositions. Experience in federal court is preferable but not necessary.

Candidates must have the following qualifications:

J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with excellent academic credentials;

Status as an active member in good standing of the bar in at least one state jurisdiction (admission to practice in Washington State is a plus);

Strong analytical, research, writing, and oral communication skills;

Strong organization skills, attention to detail, the ability to work well under deadlines, and the ability to assume significant client responsibilities; and

Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

The position allows for part-time to full-time arrangements and will have a contract term of 12 months.

In accordance with the laws of the jurisdictions in which this position may be filled, the pay range for this position is $50 to $120 per hour depending on qualifications and experience.
