Job Overview:
A prominent national law firm is seeking an experienced eDiscovery Attorney to join its Litigation Support & Information Governance group. This full-time position is designed for attorneys with deep knowledge across the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM). The role involves managing multiple eDiscovery projects for complex litigation, providing strategic input on data management and review workflows, and liaising with internal legal teams, clients, and vendors. This is a non-partnership track opportunity ideal for legal professionals who are detail-oriented, organized, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
Location:
Duties:
Manage eDiscovery projects related to complex litigation matters
Supervise project execution, ensuring alignment with deadlines, budgets, and legal standards
Draft and negotiate discovery protocols, orders, and related agreements
Serve as liaison with case teams, clients, and partners for all aspects of eDiscovery execution and reporting
Coordinate with clients and vendors on data identification and collection
Prepare project budgets and forecasts; oversee invoice review
Design and manage review workflows, including quality control processes
Oversee document productions to ensure completeness and accuracy
Provide training and oversight to review attorneys to ensure consistency and excellence
Foster a positive team environment that supports collaboration and high performance
Requirements:
3–5 years of experience in eDiscovery (law firm, corporate, or government setting)
Proven ability to handle multiple, high-volume projects under tight deadlines
Strong knowledge of the full EDRM lifecycle
Bar admission in the jurisdiction where the attorney will be practicing
Education:
Juris Doctor (JD) or LL.M. from an accredited institution
Certifications:
Must be licensed and in good standing with the Bar in the applicable U.S. state
Skills:

Effective leadership and communication capabilities
