Projects may include drafting and negotiating technology and licensing agreements, particularly those related to software development, licensing and distribution; technology joint ventures; corporate finance and venture capital for technology firms; intellectual property audits and due diligence; Internet-based service agreements; privacy law.

Must have verifiable references in providing outstanding client service for at least three years

Must passionately enjoy working on technology transactions for technology based businesses

Must have knowledge, and preferably experience, in the software or Internet industries

Must have outstanding communication and negotiation skills

Must have successfully closed at least twenty five technology deals in the last three years

Must be highly proficient with computers and able to work with minimal administrative support
