The candidate will involve litigation in state and federal courts as well as administrative tribunals. Should have 3+ years of demonstrated experience. Should be motivated and detail-oriented with strong academic credentials and excellent written and oral advocacy skills. Experience handling insurance defense, employment, civil rights, and/or municipal litigation is preferred.
