Duties

• Represent biotechs and pharmaceutical companies in licensing patents.
• Collaborate on advancing therapeutics, vaccines, and diagnostics through clinical trials.
• Negotiate complex commercial transactions in the life sciences sector.
• Engage with founders developing cutting-edge technologies.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in licensing and commercial partnering transactions.
• Substantial law firm experience with biotechs and big pharmas.
• Experience with AI-driven biotechnology companies is a plus.
• Superior academic credentials and excellent communication skills.
• Bar admission in the state of the office location or eligibility to sit/waive into the next bar exam.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Bar admission in relevant jurisdiction.

Skills

• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to negotiate complex transactions.
• Familiarity with regulatory processes, including FDA approval.
