Duties:

• Provide legal support across various bankruptcy and restructuring cases and projects
• Draft and negotiate bankruptcy plans, forbearance agreements, and corporate documents
• Represent clients in bankruptcy proceedings, receiverships, and related litigation
• Make appearances in court for bankruptcy-related matters
• Prepare motions, briefs, and other essential legal documents for bankruptcy cases
• Assist in the preparation of expert reports and mediation statements

Requirements:

• Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania
• 3-6 years of experience in commercial bankruptcy and foreclosure matters preferred
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to draft and edit legal documents with clarity and persuasiveness
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Collaborative mindset with a commitment to client-focused legal service

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active Pennsylvania Bar License

Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with bankruptcy-specific software and document management systems
• Experience in business development and client management is a plus
• Familiarity with filing court documents electronically
