• Work alongside a team of attorneys and legal professionals to provide high-quality legal services
• Meet with current clients and consult with potential clients interested in retaining legal services
• Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
• Appear in court hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings
• Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel in a timely and professional manner
• Conduct legal research to support case strategies and client needs
• Collaborate with legal assistants and other staff members to ensure seamless case management

Requirements:

• Active Florida Bar license to practice law
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Comfortable handling high volumes of work and tight deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented and organized

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
