Candidates should have a track record of performing work for innovative life science, biotech, and/or pharmaceutical corporations based in the United States. Preferably, applicants should be admitted to practice before the USPTO. We want to hear from you even if you want a part-time position or are an on-ramp candidate who wants to return to the workforce. Should have advanced degrees in Biology or Chemistry with at least 4 years relevant experience in opinion drafting, due diligence investigations, litigation, and/or patent counseling.
