• Represent clients in investigations by EEOC, DOL, and other agencies.
• Draft and review employment agreements and workplace documents.
• Conduct internal investigations and risk assessments for clients.
• Ensure legal documents comply with laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to refine legal strategies.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, maintaining communication.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Participate in firm meetings and professional development.
• Stay informed about changes in relevant laws and industry trends.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the bar in the state of practice required.
• Five to seven years of experience in employment law and litigation.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport.
• Commitment to professionalism and ethical conduct.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work independently on complex projects.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications
