A law firm seeks a Business Litigation Attorney with over 7 years of experience to join their team in Denver, CO. The successful candidate will manage all aspects of business litigation matters, from pre-litigation analysis to trial, in a dynamic and growing firm environment.

Duties

• Handle day-to-day responsibilities for business litigation cases.
• Conduct pre-litigation analysis and provide client recommendations.
• Draft and litigate various business and employment agreements.
• Represent clients in trials and hearings.
• Maintain confidentiality in all discussions and negotiations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in business law.
• Licensed to practice law in Colorado.
• Experience with trial and hearing procedures.
• First chair trial and/or arbitration experience with at least 5 trials.
• Ability to handle own caseload with initiative and mature judgment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Colorado Bar License.
