• Provide transparent updates and strategic advice throughout the litigation process.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school with active bar admission.
• Proven experience in litigation across multiple practice areas.
• Proficiency with legal research platforms like LexisNexis and Westlaw.
• Strong writing skills for precise legal drafting.
• Experience managing complex cases independently and collaboratively.
• Familiarity with legal administrative processes and documentation protocols.
• Excellent negotiation skills and a proactive attitude toward dispute resolution.
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations across multiple jurisdictions is desirable.

Education
