Duties: Search title to real property, read title reports, commitments, policies, surveys, maps, read and plot legal descriptions, and be able to search online databases such as property appraiser websites, tax collector websites, etc.; willingness to learn these job duties if not already proficient. Trial preparation and attendance. Preparing witness and matter materials for depositions and client meetings. Assist with responding to written discovery requests. Coordinating, organizing and managing document production processes and procedures. Organizing and managing document databases for client matters. Performing electronic searches for specified information or documents in document databases. Conducting factual document searches and research. E-filing in state and federal courts. Other duties as assigned.
