Duties

• Conduct attorney review of residential and commercial real estate contracts.
• Negotiate contract terms, inspection issues, and title matters with opposing counsel.
• Advise clients throughout the transaction process.
• Review title commitments, surveys, and closing documents.
• Coordinate with title companies, lenders, and realtors as needed.
• Assist with civil litigation, personal injury, and employment matters as needed.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Active admission to the New Jersey bar in good standing.
• Experience with New Jersey residential real estate transactions.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload with minimal supervision.
