Associate General Counsel
Responsibilities: Draft and negotiate loan documents and complete settlement of loans for Enterprise Community Loan Fund. Draft and negotiate fund agreements for Enterprise Community Loan Fund. Provide legal support for the Asset Management Department, which includes advising on partnership agreements, resolving disputes with sponsors, reviewing loan documents, leases, easements and other real estate documents, and providing counsel on workouts and dispositions;. Advise Enterprise and its affiliate organizations on general corporate and litigation matters. Draft and negotiate partnership agreements with investors for upper-tier tax credit deals and private equity agreements for lower-tier partnerships. Monitor Enterprise’s compliance with various state and federal requirements. Conduct legal research on various issues, as needed. Perform other duties, as assigned, including for the other Enterprise divisions; and Occasional travel.
