Duties:

Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Maryland State Bar and additional admission to the District of Columbia Bar are a plus.

- Strong understanding of real estate principles, contracts, and financing structures.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Education and Certifications:
