A fast-growing immigration law firm in Las Vegas is seeking a dedicated Immigration Attorney to join its team. The ideal candidate will have strong advocacy skills, experience in removal defense and USCIS matters, and a genuine commitment to client service. The position involves full case lifecycle management, client consultation, court and agency representation, and collaboration with a high-performing legal and administrative team.

Manage immigration cases from intake to completion with minimal supervision
Develop case strategy and maintain consistent communication with clients
Represent clients at USCIS interviews, immigration court hearings, and in removal proceedings
Conduct intakes and determine eligibility for relief in detained and non-detained settings
Draft, review, and file legal pleadings, motions, and applications
Supervise legal staff and collaborate with administrative teams
Train staff and assist with implementation of legal protocols and processes
Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism
Provide case status updates to firm leadership on a regular basis
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
Licensed and in good standing to practice law in the United States (Bar license required)
Immigration law experience preferred
Strong decision-making, case management, and client counseling skills
High level of professionalism and ability to work under deadlines
Excellent writing, legal research, and analytical capabilities
Availability to travel as needed
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school
Active Bar license in a U.S. jurisdiction (required)
Strong knowledge of removal defense, asylum, family-based immigration, TPS, waivers, and USCIS processes
Task-focused with high accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to lead by example with technical competence and team mentorship
Professional, sincere communication style with a client-first approach
Experience in fast-paced legal environments and handling complex caseloads
Proficient in immigration case law and procedural requirements
Paid bar dues
