Mid-Level Patent Prosecution Associate
Candidate will work closely with experienced lawyers in highly-regarded IP Procurement and Portfolio Management practice and will provide active mentoring and opportunities to assume increasing levels of responsibility and client contact. Must be registered with the USPTO and will have a practice focused on patent portfolio management, counseling, opinion work and due diligence. Should have an electrical/computer engineering background, and must have a J.D. from an accredited law school as well as be admitted and in good standing in any state, although Illinois is preferred. Must have 3-5 years' patent prosecution associate experience. Must be an enthusiastic contributor to the Firm and office culture, and have a collaborative approach to work environment. Must be self-starters who possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong academic credentials, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing the highest quality client service.
