The candidate should have excellent academic credentials and strong organizational skills. Must have 4+ years of experience in sophisticated commercial real estate transactions. Should be ready to provide first-chair support on transactions, work with clients directly, and oversee associate and paralegal support when necessary. Must have a versatile skill set developed from representing institutional investors and developers in the acquisition, sale, development, financing (as borrower), and leasing of real estate assets in all major product classes (office, retail, industrial, senior housing, multi-family, hospitality, and medical) and in a variety of markets across the country.
