The candidate will provide responsibilities include: taking and depending depositions, handling substantive motion practice hearings in state and federal court, and preparing motions and legal memoranda. Will work on a wide variety of cases and possess exemplary communication and analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage time and handle multiple projects. Must possess an outstanding academic record (with a JD from an ABA accredited law school) and be a member of The Florida Bar. The ability to function both independently and within a team is essential. Must have 3-6+ years of experience.
