Duties

• Manage cases from inception through resolution.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Prepare and file dispositive motions.
• Handle arbitrations and mediations.
• Prepare comprehensive status reports for insurers.

Requirements

• Admission to the New York State Bar.
• At least 5 years of experience in Automobile and Premises Liability defense.
• Ability to draft and argue dispositive motions.
• Experience in legal research and responding to discovery requests.
• Experience taking and defending depositions independently.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the New York State Bar.
