Duties

• Manage litigation cases from start to trial.

• Prepare for and represent clients in court proceedings.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
• Communicate with clients regarding case updates.
• Maintain organized case files and ensure timely follow-up.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases.
• Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-approved law school.
• Active admission to the Michigan Bar in good standing.
• At least three years of litigation experience preferred.
• Strong work ethic and proactive approach.
• Excellent legal research and writing skills.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Ability to manage complex caseloads efficiently.
• Effective negotiation and communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-approved law school.

Certifications

• Active admission to the Michigan Bar.
