Requirements

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice in the state of Texas.
• 2+ years of experience in relevant fields.
• Experience with general liability, construction, premises, products, transportation, employment, or insurance litigation preferred.
• Strong communication, writing, analytical, and research skills.
• Experience with discovery requests and related motions is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited institution.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Texas.
