Job Overview

A law firm seeks a highly qualified midlevel or senior associate or of counsel to join its structured transactions practice group in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will have law firm experience and excellent academic credentials, with a background in corporate and/or finance transactions. Experience in structured finance and securitization is preferred.

Duties

• Engage in complex structured transactions and securitization matters.
• Collaborate with team members on RMBS, ABS, and CLO financing projects.
• Provide legal advice and support to clients in corporate and finance transactions.

Requirements

• Experience in corporate and/or finance transactions.
• Background in structured finance and securitization preferred.
• RMBS/ABS/CLO/financing experience highly preferred.
• Active member of the bar in the state of Washington, DC.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in Washington, DC.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
