Requirements

- Background in structured finance and securitization preferred.
- RMBS/ABS/CLO/financing experience highly preferred.
- Active member of the bar in the state of Washington, DC.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Certifications
- Bar admission in Washington, DC.
