Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage Veterans Disability claims, including the preparation and filing of claims.
• Conduct in-depth interviews with clients to gather relevant information and documentation.
• Prepare and review legal documents related to Veterans Disability cases.
• Represent clients at administrative hearings and appeal proceedings.
• Provide clients with clear, informed advice and updates on their cases.
• Collaborate with medical experts and other professionals to strengthen cases.
• Stay updated on changes in Veterans Disability law and regulations.
• Ensure all case documentation and correspondence is accurate and timely.
• Develop and implement effective strategies for case preparation and representation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience handling Veterans Disability claims.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and administrative bodies.
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Admission to the Bar is preferred.

Education:

• JD degree from an accredited law school.
• Strong academic record with evidence of academic excellence.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Bar is preferred.
